They truly put their hearts into each and every event and made us feel so special. The food was absolutely delicious, huge portions and amazing desserts too. They have rental cabins, houses, and a motel. There's a pool. Putput golf, Basketball, Bonfires. This is a good close getaway. For people close and far away. Come check it out. You won't be disappointed. Everyone needs to unplug, relax, and enjoy themselves in a great atmosphere!.”

  • "One night stay over on “dry” camping site. We had best spot in the park- pulled up to front row view of Lake Ontario- right on the bluff! Owners are accommodating and friendly. Bathrooms/showers were clean and newly remodeled. We often stay one night at random campgrounds when going to and from our final destination and this one was by far our favorite. We even could see the Toronto skyline from our site across Lake Ontario which was really neat!"

  • "Our stay at Niagara Shores Campground was absolutely, by far, the MOST perfect camping stay that my husband and I have had !! Our four nights here were divine, relaxing, heavenly would actually be a better description. The grounds are super clean, the playground equipment was sturdy and updated. With miniature golf, a below ground pool, camp sites, cabins, hotels, even more, and all of this right on the beautiful Lake and perfectly situated near Niagara, wineries, and nature. We spent 4 nights here with our 2 dogs, and we all agree that we have to return. The owners are superb: they are attentive and friendly and smart. We just cant say enough about this place, except that Appleton, NY is BACK on our bucket list."

  • "My wife and I wanted to have a good wedding experience in western NY. We searched and searched and found this gem to have our wedding. Of course we wanted everything to be perfect. Meeting Ernie and Dave, I knew they would try to accommodate our requests. They worked with our budget and gave us many different options to meet our expectations. Dave made our cinnomon strussel cake and let me tell you. It tasted great on our wedding day and 1 year later. 😃 My photographer (Wild Rise Photography) had many different options to take scenic photos of us and all our guests so our memories would last a lifetime. Talking to Ernie and Dave, they put so much thought into the shores. We used the outdoor altar for our wedding, and found out it was handmade by them and placed specifically where it was at so that people can get the perfect sunset shot, because when the sun goes down it goes in between the branches. When getting married, details matter. I recommend the shores to other couples looking for a wedding venue."

They supplied the decor and they organized and decorated better than I could have ever imagined! They made the food and it was outstanding, not the typical boring wedding food, it was amazing! The owners are a delight and I could not rave more about this place!"
